Returns & Exchanges
Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind, Lovisa will gladly exchange or refund, provided that the item is in original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
Returning In-Store
For your convenience, you may return or exchange any items purchased to your nearest Lovisa store in line with our in-store returns policy. The item must be in its original condition and you will need to have the original receipt.
Faulty Items
Returning In-Store
You may return a faulty product to any of our Lovisa stores in return for a full refund, a replacement, or a different product to the same value, in line with our in-store returns policy.
Returning by Post
Please note that items damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, Lovisa will offer to repair genuinely faulty items. If the issue is not repairable or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund in the original tender.
